Delivery Information

UK Deliveries

Free delivery on all items £34.95 and over.

For all deliveries under £34.95 a nominal fee of £2.95 for postage & packaging
will be charged. All UK orders are sent using the Royal Mail recorded delivery service and will require a signature upon receipt of goods.

If you are not in when your parcel arrives Royal Mail will retain your package at your local depot for 7 days enabling you to pick it up. After 7 days the parcel then returns to us. Postal charges will apply to send the goods back out to you.

Goods that are in stock are dispatched the same day

You should however allow 14 days from date of order for delivery before sending an enquiry. If your item is not available within 21 days, we will offer you the opportunity to cancel your order with a full refund or wait until we can fulfil your order. We will keep you informed of any problems with delivery.

Express Shipping

Need your order in a hurry? Choose the Express Shipping option on the checkout page and we shall send your order by Royal Mail Express Delivery, which guarantees delivery to mainland UK addresses by midday the next working day.

Orders must be placed before midday for same-day dispatch and next-day delivery in mainland UK.

Express shipping costs £5 in addition to the standard delivery charge of £2.95.

Europe

Delivery cost to any European country £9.95

Worldwide

At present we only ship to UK and European destinations.

Credit Card Billing & Bank Statements

Credit card or bank statements do not give any indication of the nature of your purchase from our company. All credit card transactions are processed through Worldpay Ltd. in the name of our parent company Smidge Uk Ltd, this is the name that will appear on your statement.

Postage & packaging is non refundable should any items be returned.
